During 6 -8 January 2025, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid a Royal Visit to the Republic of Singapore. On this Visit, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn attended and took part in the Opening Ceremony of the Global Young Scientists Summit 2025, which took place at the National University of Singapore. Her Royal Highness's itinerary also included an observation visit to the National Cancer Centre of Singapore. A main event of this visit was the conferment on Her Royal Highness of the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters from the National University of Singapore, which was held at the residence of the President of the Republic of Singapore. Another highlight was Her Royal Highness's giving an audience to His Excellency Mr. Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister and Minister for Finance of the Republic of Singapore. Other dignitaries to have an audience with Her Royal Highness included:
- His Excellency Mr. Heng Swee Keat, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore,
- His Excellency Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, and
- Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the funeral chanting ceremony for Thanpuying Somsuk Sriwisarnwaja at her residence, 37 Soi Sukhumvit 35 (Charoen Niwet), Wattana District.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn offered alms to monks to commemorate the 108th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University at Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Pathumwan District.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening of the 'Queen's Exhibition' on the auspicious occasion of the 120th Anniversary of Rajini School at Rajini School, Phra Nakhon District.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted 2 groups of delegations an audience at Srapathum Palace.
