By the Royal Command of His Majesty the King, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in granting permission to Mr Sumeth Yamnoon, Secretary-General, The Higher Education Commission to call upon the students of the Asian Institute of Technology who received His Majesty the King's Scholarship for the development of education in Asia and His Majesty the Queen's Scholarship for the development of environment in Asia to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness to receive the Scholarships for 2009 and 2010. Also attending the audience were the President of the Committee, President of AIT, Vice-President of AIT, Head of AIT Student Office, Liaison of the Royal Thai Government and other officials.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mr Akio Toyoda, Managing Director, Toyota Motor Corporation Japan and the executives of Toyota Motor Corp. and the executives of Toyota Motor Thailand Ltd. to present Her Royal Highness with the company vehicle : Toyota Alphard 3.5 Q for use at the discretion of Her Royal Highness and to present the money to His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's Birthday Anniversary 5 December 2010, at Sra Pathum Palace.
