Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn attended the performance of Mariza, the famous Fado singer of the Republic of Portugal, at the Main Hall, Thailand Cultural Centre, Huay Kwang District.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn gave the audience to His Royal Highness The Duke of York of the United Kingdom at Srapathum Palace, upon His Royal Highness's visit to Thailand at the invitation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand.
  Also being attended was Mr Quinton Mark Quayle, British Ambassador to Thailand, Mrs Amanda Thirsk, Assistant Private Secretary to His Royal Highness The Duke of York, and Mr Kitti Wasinondh, Thai Ambassador to the United Kingdom.
