Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Professor Supat Vanichakarn, M.D., Secretary-General, Prince Mahidol Award Foundation under the Royal Patronage, to call upon the International Award Committee, Prince Mahidol Award Foundation and their spouses to attend the audience with Her Royal Highness, at Srapathum Palace.  
   Her Royal Highness afterwards gave an audience to Sir Gustav Nossal to receive the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Admirable Order of the Direkgunabhorn conferred by His Majesty the King on 5 September 2006.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in attending the Convocation Ceremony for the Class of 2008 of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang which graduated 4,797 students this year, at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Bangna District.
