Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn opened the newly renovated Emergency Room of Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital at Mongkut Phetcharat Building, Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Pathumwan District.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn afterwards attended the Presentation Ceremony of the Red Cross Medals to the Benefactors to Thai Red Cross Society, at Sakrintrabhakdi Building, Thai Red Cross College of Nursing. 
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn afterwards granted permission to Mrs Wasinee Phiew Phong, Chairman, the Red Cross Representatives of Phra Nakorn Sri Ayudhaya Province and colleagues to present Her Royal Highness with the income derived from the 2009 Red Cross Fair as the donation made for the construction of the "Bhumi Siri Manglanusorn" Building, the medical appliances and Sai Jai Thai Foundation.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn afterwards chaired the 296th Thai Red Cross Society Committee Meeting at the 9th Floor Meeting Room, Somdet Phra Yannasangworn (Charoen Suwattano) Commemorative Building.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mr Philippe Le Gall, Ambassador of the Republic of Seychelles to Thailand to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa and to present Her Royal Highness with the Coco de Mer which is the native palm of the Republic of Seychelles.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Professor Charas Suwannawela, MD, Vice Chairman, The Promotion of Academic Olympiads and Development of Science Education Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra to call upon the representatives of the Promotion of Academic Olympiads and Development of Science Education Centres nationwide and the representatives of the Thai students participating in the International Academic Olympiads Competition to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness at Dusidalai Hall, Chitralada Villa to present the report of the competition.
