From Monday 7 to Friday 11 March 2011 Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid an official visit to the Republic of India.
During this visit, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn would visit places of historical and cultural importance in New Delhi, Karnataka State and Maharashtra State. On 10 March 2011, at New Delhi, Her Royal Highness would grant permission to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of India to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness and hosting a luncheon in honour of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening ceremony of the 8th Thai-China Relations Conference and afterwards delivering the special lecture on the rural development as initiated by His Majesty the King at Samanachan Hall, Headquarter, Kasikorn Bank PCL, Rartburana District.
