Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mrs Phoonsri Thongkhaimook, Advisor to the Royal Initiatives of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to call upon the group of participants in the Workshop on the Development of Children and Youth for the teachers and farmers of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the staff to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn opened the 10th Red Cross Meeting "Thai Red Cross Society : Sustainable and Dynamic Development" at Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel, Na Jomtien Sub-district, Sattaheep District, Cholburi Province. Her Royal Highness afterwards opened the Royal Monument of His Royal Highness Princes Mahitala Dhibesra Adulyadej Vikrom, the Prince Father at Mahidol Adulyadej Royal Navy Dock, Naval Dockyard Department, Sattaheep District, and attending the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the "Dhebbharat Karoon" Building, Health Care Centre for the Elderly, Thai Red Cross Society, Bang Phra Sub-district, Sriracha District, Cholburi Province.
