Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, granted permission to Associate Professor Supreeya Khuan-dechakupt, committee of the Government Lottery Office and colleagues to present the money to His Majesty the King for charity at the discretion of His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's Birthday Anniversary, 5 December 2011, at Dusidalai Hall, Chitralada Villa.
