From 23-26 May B.E. 2559 (2016) Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn pays a Royal Visit to the Kingdom of Bhutan at the invitation of the Government of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Her Royal Highness departed from Suvarnbhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province by Drukair flight number KB 121.

During this trip, Her Royal Highness will visit and observe activities of schools under the Collaborative Project on Children and Youth Development undertaken through initiatives of Her Royal Highness in the Kingdom of Bhutan. Her Royal Highness will also visit places of interest such as Kyichu Monastery, National Textile Museum, Thimphu Fort, Punakha Fort and Royal Botanical Garden. On the occasion of this visit, Her Royal Highness will be received in audience by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Bhutan who will graciously host a dinner in honour of Her Royal Highness on 24 May B.E. 2559 (2016).
