Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mr Mingkwan Saengsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister to call upon the executives of National Research Council, the representatives from International Federation of Inventors Associations from Republic of Hungary, representatives from World Intellectual Property Organization from Swiss Confederation and representatives from Korea Invention Promotion Association from Republic of Korea to present the "Global Inventor Award", WIPO Medal and "Special Prize Award" with Certificate to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on the occasion of the First International Inventor's Day Convention on 2 February 2008.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously gave the audiences to 7 groups of people at Dusidalai Hall, Chitralada Villa.

  - Professor Anont Boonyaratavej, Secretary-General of National Research Committee called upon the officials of the office and Mahidol University to present the special book about Thai orchids published in honour of His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday Anniversary 5 December 2007 along with the CD of the publication to Her Royal Highness for giving to Chaipattana Foundation.
  - Associate Professor Namyudh Songkanapitak, President of Thanyaburi Rajmongkol Technology University called upon the dean, lecturers and students of the University to present money to Her Royal Highness as donation made to Border Patrol Police Schools.
  - Assistant Professor Boonsong Sivamokesadharm, Chairman of Science, Technology and Innovation Association of Thailand called upon the committee and the working team of the special book about Integrating Sufficiency Economy with His Majesty the King's talents in science, technology and innovation to present the publications to Her Royal Highness for giving to schools in Her Royal Highness' initiatives projects.
  - Mrs Parichart Chumsai Na Ayudhaya, Managing Director of Chalermnit Publishing Co., Ltd. and colleaques  presented money to Her Royal Highness on the occasion of Her Royal Highness' chairing the "70 Years Chalermnit" event on 26 October 2007 for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.
  - Mr Nopadol Sivabutra, Director of Nestle (Thai) Co.,Ltd. presented powder milk to Her Royal Highness for use in the Fund for Children and Youth Development in remote areas.
  - Mr Sa-nguan Buasri and colleaques presented money to Her Royal Highness for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.
  - Associate Professor Namyudh Songkanapitak, President of the Committee of Presidents of Rajmongkol Technology Universities together with Presidents of Thanyaburi Rajmongkol Technology University, Suwannapoom Rajmongkol Technology University, Lanna Rajmongkol Technology University, Eastern Rajmongkol Technology University, Bangkok Rajmongkol Technology University, Northeastern Rajmongkol Technology University, Ratanakosin Rajmongkol Technology University, Srivijaya Rajmongkol Technology University and the executives presented income derived from the special Walk Rally and 2007 Rajmongkol Charity Golf Tournament to Her Royal Highness for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.

  - The Committee of Sri Nakarindrawirote University Booth presented income derived from the booth sales in 2007 Red Cross Fair to Her Royal Highness as donation made to Thai Red Cross Society.
  - Police Lieutenant General Worapong Chiwapricha, Commander of Area 7 Provincial Police called upon the Committee of the Princess Trophy Amulets Contest to present income derived from the event to Her Royal Highness for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.
  - Mr Manoon Mookpradit, Committee and Deputy Secretary-General of Chaipattana Foundation called upon groups of people to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness as follows :
   1. Mrs Aree Wangkittikarn and colleaques presented the certificate of the land located at Nongprong Sub-district, Sri Mahabhodhi District, Prachinburi Province to Her Royal Highness for use in the Foundation.
   2. Mr Suraphan Poosadej, Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of CP All Public Company Ltd. and colleaques presented income derived from the special programme in honour of His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday Anniversary 5 December 2007 to Her Royal Highness.
   3. Mr Prasert Laokanchanakorn, Chairman of Thai Paper Association and colleaques presented income derived from the special activity in honour of His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday Anniversary 5 December 2007 to Her Royal Highness.
  - Mr Somprasong Boonyachai, President of Advance Info Service Public Company Ltd. called upon the Committee of the special event "15th AIS Family Rally for Sai Jai Thai" to present income derived from the event to Her Royal Highness as donation made to Sai Jai Thai Foundation under the royal patronage.
  - Miss Kornthip Hemprart, Chairman of "Sasin for Society" Project called upon the Committee of the Project to present income derived from the seminar held in 2007 in order to disseminate knowledge to Human Resource personnels to Her Royal Highness as donation made to Chaipattana Foundation.
  - Mr Sakon Inthakul, Director of Sukhothai Commercial School called upon the executives, teachers, parents and students of the school to present income derived from the special walk rally in honour of His Majesty the King to Her Royal Highness as donation made to Sai Jai Thai Foundation under the royal patronage.
