Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn chaired the meetings of the executive committee, the working committee and the fund-raising sub-committee of the construction project of the Building of Chulalongkorn Hospital. Her Royal Highness afterwards presided over the opening of the Building Construction in honour of His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of the 80th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King, and opening the "Medical Excellence" Building, at Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, Pathumwan District.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mr Yanyong Pratuangwong, President and Managing Director, Sotus International Co.,Ltd. and representatives of the fertilizer product to present Her Royal Highness with money as donation made to the Agriculture for Lunch Programme and also presenting the fertilizer to Her Royal Highness for use at the discretion of Her Royal Highness, at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening of the 50th Anniversary of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok Science and Technology Exhibition. Her Royal Highness afterwards chaired the cooperation in academic programme between King Mongkut's University of Technology and Chitralada School at King Mongkut's University of Technology, Bang Sue District.
