Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Clinical Professor Teerawat Kulthanan, M.D., Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital to call upon the Executives of the Faculty to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness to get advice on the development of the new building of Siriraj Hospital, at Srapathum Palace.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn chaired the awarding events for winners of the agricultural produce contest and the singing dove contest, and attending the Long Kong Day as a part of the 2009 Nradhiwas Fine Products, at the Chalermprakiat Park, Muang Nradhiwas District, Nradhiwas Province.
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Romklao School, Yee Ngor District, Nradhiwas Province.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to 4 groups of people to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness at Chalerm Prakiat "Sirikarnchanathaksin" Building, Thaksin Rajaniwate as follows :
- Mr Charanthada Karnasutra, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, presented the Petty Patent on garminated brown rice ice cream to Her Royal Highness.
- Mr Winai Kruwanphat, Governor, Nradhiwas Province called upon the committee of the 2nd of April Day in honour of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to present income derived from the event to Her Royal Highness for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness, and also called upon a group of people to present Her Royal Highness with money for purchasing the dialyzer and medical appliances for Nradhiwas Rajanagarindra Hospital, Muang Nradhiwas District, Nradhiwas Province.
- Mr Chaliew Yoosimarak, Secretary General, Vocational Education Commission called upon the Administrative personnels of the institutions in 14 southern border provinces to present Her Royal Highness with money for charity at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.
- Mr Pranai Suwannarath, Director, the Southern Border Province Administration Centre, called upon the persons with outstanding working performance for the year 2009 to receive the brooches and certificates from Her Royal Highness as a mark of honour.

From Monday 21 to Wednesday 23 September 2009 Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn carried out the following engagements in Naradhiwas Province, Pattani Province and Yala Province.
