Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn opened the "Pracha Sangkhom Udomphat" Building, the Royal Monument to His Royal Highness Prince Mahitala Dhibesra Adulyadej Vikrom, the Prince Father, the sculpture "From the Mercy to the Wisdom of the Land" and the "Mahidol Learning Centre" Building at Mahidol University, Buddha Monthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province.

By the Royal Command of His Majesty the King, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in granting permission to Mrs. Sirpa Mäenpaä, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to Thailand and the representatives of the Mint Department of the Republic of Finland to present the income derived from the sales of the commorative coin in the "H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Initiative Memorial Medals" at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa.
