Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn opened the Centre of Medical Studies Building and the Medical Building, Naradhiwasrajanagarindra Hospital, Muang Narathiwas District, Narathiwas Province. Her Royal Highness afterwards visited the patients injured in the Southern unrest and visiting the Dialysis Unit in honour of the Seventy-Second Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King.

By the Royal Command of His Majesty the King, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in chairing the Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2010 of Princess of Naradhiwas University with graduated 450 students this year at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Nursing, Princess of Naradhiwas University, Muang Narathiwas District, Narathiwas Province.

On this auspicious occasion, the Council of Princess of Naradhiwas University presented Her Royal Highness with the Honorary Doctorate of Nursing Science.  

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn opened the Royal Monument to His Royal Highness Prince Mahitala Dhibesra Adulyadej Vikrom, The Prince Father at Prince of Songkla University, Surat Thani Campus, Muang Surat Thani District, Surat Thani Province.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn afterwards graciously granted permission to Acting Sub Lt. Thaweesak Yostha, Director, Muang Surat Thani School to call upon the committee of the Fifth Princess Trophy Thai Classical Music Contest for Southern Region and the winners of the event to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness.

From Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 September 2011 Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn performed the royal engagements in Surat Thani Province and Narathiwas Province.
