Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid a Royal Visit to the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Slovenia between 7 and 12 January 2016. Her Royal Highness departed from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakarn Province by Thai airways International Public Company Limited flight number TG 920.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, chaired the Graduation Ceremony of National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) for the Academic Year 2014-2015 at Chalermphrakiat Auditoreum, National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkapi District. On this occasion, degree certificates were conferred upon 2,701 graduates.

Afterwards Her Roya Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, graciously granted Assoc. Prof. Chirayu Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, Chairperson of NIDA's board committee, and President of the King's Statue and Honoring Medal Buiding Project, and the delegation an audience to present His Majesty the King the gold plated King's statue, commemmorative medal, and an income receiving from this Project for contribution to charitable purposes.
