At Chaipatthana Building, Chitralada Villa, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, graciously granted an audieance to H.E. Mr. Ampol Senanarong, Chair of Agricultural Field Board, Anadamahidol Foundation; Assoc. Prof. Vudtechai Kapilakanchana, Secretary Member of Agricultural Field Board, Anadamahidol Foundation; Prof. Supa Hanhongbua, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University; and Mr. Yotsaphon Hanwanitwet, the scholar of the 2016 Anandamahidol Award Foundation in Agricultural Field. Mr. Yotsaphon Hanwanitwet will leave for his further education for Master and Doctoral degrees in the field of Biotechnology at Wageningen Agricultural University, the Kingdom of Netherlands. 

Then, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted an audience to Prof. Lipi Ghosh, Director of South and Southeast Asian Studies Institute, University of Calcatta, the Republic of India, on the occasion of his visit to Thailand.

Afterwards Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, graciously granted an audience to H.E. Miss Ana Maria Ramirez, Ambassador of Republic of Argentina to Thailand an audience to bid farewell upon completing Her Excellency's appointment in Thailand. On this occasion, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant was conferred upon Her Excellency by His Gracious Majesty the King. 

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening of the 2016 Annual Prince Mahidol Award Conference on "Priority Setting for Universal Health Coverage" at Centara Grand Hotel and Bangkok Convention Center at Centralworld, Pathumwan District.
