Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the Herbarium Building at the Botanical Gardens (Zone C), the Royal Initiative Project on Learning Promotion for Environmental Conservation and Restoration, Mae Sot District.
