Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mrs Sopha Suyanand, Chairperson, the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to call upon the executive committee and the advisory committee of the Association to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa. The alumni selected as the outstanding Arts 2011 also attended an audience with Her Royal Highness to receive the golden 'Phra Kieo' brooch from Her Royal Highness.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn attended the religious ceremony in placing the Buddha's Relic in the Makut Khiriwan Shrine, at Makut Khiriwan Hospital, Pakchong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Her Royal Highness afterwards attended the merit-making ceremony in raising the royal canopy as the shade for Phra Buddha Marnwichai Khiriwan Sirimongkol Buddha image. Her Royal Highness also attended the Forest-Robe Presentation Ceremony to raise fund for the construction of the Makut Khiriwan Khao Yai Hospital.
