Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mrs Chua Siew San, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Thailand to call upon Mr George Yeo, former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Singapore and Chairman, the Governing Board of Nalanda University, Republic of India to present Her Royal Highness with the invitation to the membership of the Governing Board of Nalanda University, Republic of India, at Srapathum Palace.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of His Majesty the King, granted permission to Mrs Nalin Nil-ubon, committee and secretary, science department, Ananda Mahidol Foundation and Mr Wichit Seng-haphan, chairman, science department to call upon Miss Soamsinee Wisithphitthaya who received the Ananda Mahidol Foundation Scholarship 2011 to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa before leaving for further studies in the doctoral's degree in organic chemistry at Cornell University, U.S.A.
