Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening ceremony of Waithaya Nivet Building and graciously laid the foundation stone of the building for Nursing and Treating Center in honour of 150 years of Her Majesty Queen Savang Vadhana at Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital at Sri Racha.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted Mrs. Yaowanut Ariyaphinyopat, President of Zonta Club of Bangkok III, together with the Advisor and Board of Zonta Club of Bangkok III, an audience at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Palace, to present a donation, which was a part of an income from a charitable concert "That Love is for You", for Her Royal Highness's royal charity.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn returned from an Official Visit to the Republic of Lithuania, at the invitation of Her Excellency the President of the Republic of Lithuania, and subsequently, to the Republic of Latvia and the French Republic from 14th to 21st April, B.E.2559 (2016). Her Royal Highness returned by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited flight number TG 931, arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province.

During the trip to the Republic of Lithuania, Her Royal Highness met with Her Excellency Miss Dalia Grybauskaite, President of the Republic of Lithuania, who hosted a luncheon in honour of Her Royal Highness at the President's Residence. Thereafter, Her Royal Highness visited interesting places and observe activities of various institutions such as the National Open Access Scholarly Communication and Information Center of Vilnius University, the Vilnius University Old Campus and the Vilnius Old Town.

During the trip to the Republic of Latvia, Her Royal Highness visited places of historical, religious and cultural importance such as the Rundale Palace Museum, the Museum of the History of Riga and Navigation, Saint Peter's Church and the Riga Cathedral.

During the trip to the French Republic, Her Royal Highness visited the Chateau de Chantilly, the Museum of Arts and Archaeology of Senlis, and the Botanical Gallery - National Museum of Natural History in Paris.
