Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in granting permission to the Committee of Liberal Arts Department, Anandha Mahidol Foundation to call upon the 2 recipients of the 2009 Anandha Mahidol Foundation Scholarship in Liberal Arts Department to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa as follows :
  1. Miss Pimmanas Wiboonsilp who received the 2009 Anandha Mahidol Foundation Scholarship in Liberal Arts Department for further study in the doctorate programme in history, focusing on the Siamese-Indian trade in the 16th-18th. The Siamese court Indian Merchant and European traders at Leiden University, Netherlands attended an audience with Her Royal Highness.
   2. Miss Prae Chittipalangsri who received the 2003 Anandha Mahidol Foundation Scholarship in Liberal Arts Department and graduated with a doctorate awarded in Comparative Literature from University College London, United Kingdom attended an audience with Her Royal Highness.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in granting permission to Professor Aryus Pichaicharnnarong, V.M.D., Chairman, Veterinary Science Department, Anandha Mahidol Foundation to call upon Miss Saikaew Satayatham V.M.D. who received the 2008 Anandha Mahidol Foundation Scholarship in Veterinary Department for further study in the master's and doctorate programmes in Veterinary Biosciences at Ohio State University, U.S.A. to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission to Mr Chumpol Silpa-archa, Minister for Tourism and Sports together with President of Sports Authority of Thailand to call upon the athletes and officials participating in the 5th ASEAN Para Games at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 15 to 19 August 2009 to attend an audience with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa before departing for the event.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening of the 3rd Plant Exhibition in honour of Her Majesty the Queen - "Seesan Panmai Terdtai Borom Rajininart" and the Banana Exhibition under the theme of "Banana : Plant for Life" hosted by the Queen Sirikit Park Foundation, Bangkok Metropolitan Authority, Department of Agricultural Promotion and Private Sectors, at Queen Sirikit Park, Chatuchak District.
