Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening of Kantary Hotel, Uthai District, Phra Nakorn Sri Ayudhaya Province.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn represented His Majesty the King in granting permission to Mr Anugal Israsena Na Ayudhaya, Committee and Secretary to the Engineering Department, Anandha Mahidol Foundation to call upon the students who received the Anandha Mahidol Foundation Scholarship in Engineering Department and the students who received the Swedish Government Scholarship to attend the audiences with Her Royal Highness at Chaipattana Building, Chitralada Villa before leaving for study abroad as follows :
- Mr Pichaya Patanasatayawong, to further study in NaNo Electronics at the University of London, United Kingdom.
- Mr Winyoo Kultaweewudh, to further study in Sciences at the University of Toronto, Canada.
- Mr Sanpetch Choopisarnroj, to further study in Network Management at the Royal Institute of Technology, the Kingdom of Sweden.
- Miss Sawarngjit Wongwanchai, to further study in Product Development at Chalmers University, the Kingdom of Sweden.
